The Burning of
Dayton
March 28, 29, and 30, 2008
Sunday afternoon will be high-lighted by the burning of an
exact reproduction of the 1863 town of Dayton.
Thirteen homes and one church will be burned.
Only the blacksmith’s shop survived.
To get to Dayton: from the north come south on 71 Hwy to the Archie exit. Go east on B Hwy to Dayton. from the east get off of Hwy 7 at the Creighton exit and go west on B Hwy to Dayton. from the west get off Hwy 69 on Hwy 18 to Drexel.
